VACATION RENTAL SEASON PERIODS

        #  High Season: July; August; from 21st December up to 10th January
        #  Mid Season: June, September
        #  Low Season: from 11th January to 31st May; from 1st October up to 20th December


WEEKIDEA DISCOUNTS

        Discount on rates depending on the age:
            #  100% from 0 up to 3 years old
            #  50% from 4 up to 12 years old

        Last Minute Discount offer (minimum 3 nights booking):
            #  20% for bookings received during the 5 days before the check-in

        5% Discount on rates booking at least 2 (two) WEEKS


WEEKIDEA DEPOSIT

        Advance payment 20% due in 3 days after confirmation by:
